In
"Beat The Elf" (the Elf was actually imaginary!), you have thirteen black
and yellow blocks. Your job was to arrange them so as to prevent the Elf
(remember, imaginary Elf) from scoring three blocks of either color in
any line on any of the six surfaces. Part of a series of "Puzzlegames",
with the other being "Kolor Kraze".
Waddingtons even had contests each month for a while where correct entrants
on solving them would receive prizes.

components include : 13 Blocks & instructions.
