OBJECT: In this game of color matching, Pooh travels a fun-filled path with his friends Christopher, Piglet and Rabbit. You and your opponents each move one of these characters. To win, you must be the first to move your character all the way to the HONEY POT.

EQUIPMENT: 1 gameboard + 1 perforated sheet with an assortment of colored discs and a picture of each character --- under the platform 1 grab bag + 4 plastic bases.

GETTING READY TO PLAY:
(1) Carefully remove the discs from the sheet and place them all into the grab bag.
(2) Carefully remove the character pieces from the sheet. Then fold them all into the grab bag.
(3) Each player chooses a character as a playing piece.
(4) Choose a player to go first. That player places their character onto START.

PLAYING: To start your turn, reach into the grab bag and take one disc. then move your character forward along the path to the first space that matches the color of the disc. If another character is already on that space, continue forward to the first empty space of the same color. Then return the disc to the grab bag and end your turn. The player to your left now reaches into the grab bag and takes a disc. Play then proceeds, in turn, to that player's left.

SPECIAL SPACES: Certain spaces give special directions. If you land on one of these spaces, follow its directions immediately ...

(1) Some of these spaces give special directions to any character who lands on them. Example: Next to the first bridge is an arrow that points to the green space on the other side of the bridge. If you land on the arrow space, immediately cross the bridge --- no matter who your character is. If another character is already on the green space across the bridge, immediately move your own character forward to the first empty green space.

(2) Some special spaces give directions for ceratin caharacters only. Example: Suppose you land on that space that points CHRISTOPHER OR POOH TO NEXT "YELLOW". if your character is Christopher or Pooh, move forward immediately to the next yellow space that's empty. If your character is Piglet or Rabbit, do not move.

(3) There is a blue space that tells you to GO TO POOH'S PARTY. If you land here by drawing a blue disc, immediately move your character to the party --- even if another character is already there. Then, on your next turn, move forward from the red space (with the arrow) according to the color that you draw.

(4) If you land on SIT ON BENCH or POOH TRAP FOR HEFFALUMPS, immediately move your character to the bench --- even if another character is already there. Then, on your next turn, move your character forward from the orange space (with the arrow) according to the color that you draw.

WINNING: Under the HONEY POT are two spaces --- one red and one blue. The winner is the first player to land on either one of these spaces. To land on one of these spaces, you must draw its color; if you do not, you must stay where you are and end you turn. Example: Let's say that you are on the black space that's one away from the HONEY POT. If you draw a red disc or a blue one, you may move your character to the HONEY POT. If you draw a disc of any other color, you must stay where you are and wait until your next turn to try to win the game.
