Additional
info: Rules ---
OBJECT:
The object of the game is to be the player with the highest score at the
end of the game.
EQUIPMENT:
A playing device with base tray, 2 marble catchers, and 12 marbles.
METHOD
OF PLAY: The clear playing device is placed into the base tray. Locate
it so that the hole in the bottom is over the part of the base tray that
has no number in it. Each player takes 6 marbles and a marble catcher.
Players take turns dropping marbles into the opening at the top of the
upright piece. As the marbles move downward, each player tries to capture
the marble by putting their catcher in the openings. If a player misses
the marble at one opening, they quickly move their catcher to another opening.
If they catch the marble in an opening marked 3, they score 3 points and
deposits the marble on their side of the tray marked 3. If no one catches
the marble, it is played over again.
WINNING:
When all of the marbles have been captured and placed in point compartments,
each player totals their score. The player with the least number of points
has the option at this time of trying to better their score in order to
beat their opponent. They may take one of their marbles from their 1 or
2 point compartments and replay it, hoping to catch the marble at a 3 point
hole and, thus, better their score. As long as it is possible for a player
to better their score and beat their opponent, they may replay marbles.
When there is no possible chance to beat their opponent, the game is over
and the player with the highest score wins.
