the die, flip a card and race to find two states that match in color, size
or border. Slap the match and win a card. The player with the most cards
is the Head of States! The Scrambled States of America Game is based on
the book "The Scrambled States of America" by Laurie Keller (1998, Henry
Holt and Company). Follow up game to "Scrambled
