"Dnieper
River Line" is a fictionalized engagement between the Russian and German
forces in the southern Ukraine in 1943, using as its basis the Soviet thrust
over the Dnieper River in late 1943.. As the German commander, you are
challenged to repel the Russian efforts to breach the Dnieper River defensive
positions. Soviet units, controlled by the computer, seek to overrun the
thin German line and capture sufficient objectives to attain victory. A
mix of board game and computer, the game comes with a Mapboard, 240 Counters,
Rule book and software. Four levels of difficulty. Fifteen different types
of units. Available for the Apple II, Atari, TRS-80, Commodore, IBM PC
/ PC Jr. and Pet.
