Based on Avalon Hill's classic board wargame, "Computer Third Reich" includes four scenarios (including a Campaign game running from 1939-46), advanced AI, and playing on Operational & Strategic maps.

Known minimum requirements : IBM-PC w/ 386 or better processor, 1 MB memory, 3.5" floppy, hard drive or CD drive, VGA & mouse.

One or two players. Avalon Hill.
