Originally the game offered 4 games in one --- "Building Some Body" ... Race to complete your "Some Body" gameboard by locating Body Parts ; "Some Body Concentration" ... Collect most pairs of matching Body Parts Cards & Question cards ; " Some Body Go Fish" ... Collect pairs of Body Parts in a fast-paced card game ; and "Some Body Building" w/ Question Cards ... Same as "Building Some Body" but uses Question cards.

Game components included : 4 Some Body Gameboards, 4 re-usable stick-on Body Parts sheets, Reference chart (under lid), 40 Body Parts cards, 40 Question cards & instructions. 

When recently republished, the games were upped to 5 and some were slightly changed --- "Doctor's Orders" ... Correctly place 20 Body Parts on the "Some Body" gameboard ; "Build Some Body" (2 levels) ... Race to complete your Some Body Gameboard by locating Body Parts ; "Match Some Body" ... Use memory skills to match hidden pairs of Body Parts ; "Some Body Fishing" ... Collect pairs of Body Parts in a fast-paced card game ; and "Some Body Muscles & Bones" (2 levels) ... Earn Muscles & Bones by identifying their locations.

Game components include : 4 Some Body Gameboards, 4 re-usable stick-on Body Parts sheets, Reference chart, 50 illustrated Body Parts cards, 50 illustrated Bones cards & instructions.
