In
"Pounce", just move your pieces from your Home Row to your opponent's Home
Row. An area in the center is a Safety Zone. A simple "move" can only be
made one space diagonally. A "jump" can be made forward or diagonally ((or
sideways, as long as there is "forward" momentum to the whole move)) and
can be made over your piece(s) or your opponent's piece(s). Now, here is
where it gets interesting --- jump over your opponent's piece(s) and you
"Cap" them --- and they become YOUR pieces! But, they can also re-jump
over them and get them back --- unless they are in the Safety Zone. It
is not as easy as it looks.
Game
components include : plastic Gameboard, 16 Playing Pieces, 50 Caps and
instructions.
Two
