passing a law to make time go metric ... or ban any work between meals?
Or how about a law to put REAL meat in pies. Although made in Australia,
"Parliament : The Game of Law Making" gives a good feel for passing laws
while having alot of fun. The object is to introduce proposed Bills (proposed
laws), then process them through both houses of Parliament into Acts (Laws).
You will want to process five Bills into Acts ... hey, zany and crazy Bills
count, too!
Game
components include : Gameboard, Die, Sand Timer (60 sec.), 65 House Of
Representative cards, 65 Senate cards, 20 Motion Carried cards, 66 Bill/Act
cards (plus blanks to make your own), 6 Minister pieces, 6 Prime Minister
pieces, Point Value Notes (various denominations), 36 Bill Tokens, Brief
Rules card, Legal Studies Brief sheet & instructions.
