 Although
you may think of this as a version of "Battleship" (the gameboard and use
of pegs makes it feel like "Battleship"), "Warship" is really quite an
interesting, one might say, expanded version of "Battleship" ... especially
in use of launching Submarine Attacks and Air Strikes. Sea and Operations
Plot boards are about 4.5" square.
Game
components include : 2 blue plastic Sea boards, 2 red plastic Operations
Plot boards, Divider Screen, 2 plastic Fleets (1 ea. Commando Carrier,
Cruiser, Patrol Boat & Submarine and 2 ea. Destroyers), 4 red Pegs
(for Torpedoes), 50 yellow Hit Pegs, 150 white Miss Pegs & instructions.
NOTE: Game does not state exact number of pegs which was included.
Two
players. Ages 10 & up. Merit / J & R Randall Ltd. from 1976.
