"All
About Delaware" was by All About Town, which was a publisher who published
a number of games for different states and cities for "promotional" value.
The object was to travel on the gameboard from a Residence Square to the
shopping locations on each player's Shopping List. There you would gain
Travel Cards. The first person to return to their Residence Square with
the Travel Cards from all the locations was the winner. An interesting
look at Delaware's streets / routes and businesses from the early 1980s.
Also has an interesting 6-piece jigsaw-like gameboard.
Game components include :

Two to six players. Ages
12 & up. All About Town / Windsor Publications from 1981.
All About Town was fairly
prolific on the east coast in the 1980s. The basic gameplay and general
design was carried over to other games, with the places and details changed.
Another similar company, which operated mostly in the midwest, was Trifles.
