re-creation of two battles during the zenith of the British Empire; (1)
"Isandlwana" portrays a battle in the Zulu War of 1879 in which the entire
British force was destroyed in only two hours ; and (2) "Omdurman" portrays
the crushing defeat of the Mahdist army at the hands of a modern British
force in 1898. Medium complexity.
Game
components include : Mapsheet (printed on both sides), 200 Counters (no
blanks), 2 Dice, 2 Charts & 16-page Rules booklet. Magazine version
did not have dice.
Two
players. Ages 12 & up. TSR / SPI from 1984 --- Also available in Strategy
& Tactics Magazine # 95.
