Strategic-level sim of the three great conflicts waged between 264 and
146 BC by Rome and Carthage for control of the Mediterranean world, with
3 scenarios representing the 3 Punic Wars. Game turns = 1 year and Strength
Points = 5000 men for land units & about 20 warships for naval battles.
Also available in Folio edition.
Game
components include : Mapsheet, 100 Counters & Rules. Folio edition
had Randomizer Chits but die could be substituted.
