Company / Battery / Squadron-level game in the period when there was a
dominance of Cannon & Musket. The game depicts 16 famous battles from
the introduction of the bayonet to the invention of rifling. Some examples:
Battle of Waterloo (1815), Battle of Pyramids (1798) & Palo Alto from
the Mexican War (1846). Examples of Commanders: Napoleon, Marlborough,
Frederick the Great, Wellington, Ney & Zachary Taylor. 9 types of Infantry,
3 types of Cavalry & 5 types of Artillery.
Game
components include : 22" x 28" Mapsheet, 400 Counters (includes 5 blanks),
2 Combat Resolution / Terrain Effects charts (although some games were
only shipped with one), Die & Rules folder. Some copies also included
Errata sheets.
